RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA

TRANSFER OF DATA
The Data Controller does not transfer personal data to third countries or international organizations. However, it reserves the right to use cloud services; in this case, service providers will be selected from those providing adequate guarantees, as outlined in Article 46 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
DATA STORAGE
The Data Controller retains and processes personal data for the time necessary to fulfill the stated purposes. Afterward, the personal data will be stored and not further processed, for the period established by civil and tax regulations.
In particular, they will be stored for the entire duration of the user's registration and, in any case, for no more than 12 (twelve) months of inactivity, or if no Services and/or Products have been associated or purchased during this period.
For personal data provided for commercial promotion purposes related to services other than those already acquired by the data subject, for which they initially gave consent, the data will be stored for 24 months, unless the consent is revoked.
For data provided for profiling purposes, this will be stored for 12 months, unless consent is revoked.
Moreover, if a user provides personal data not requested or unnecessary for fulfilling the requested service, "Nuovo Centro Casalinghi s.r.l." will not be considered the Data Controller of these data and will delete them as soon as possible.
RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

- Request and obtain from the Data Controller — in cases where the legal basis for processing is a contract or consent and the processing is done by automated means — their personal data in a structured, machine-readable format, to communicate such data to another data controller (right to data portability – Article 20 of the GDPR);
- Object at any time to the processing of their personal data in the event of specific circumstances related to their situation (Article 21 of the GDPR);
- Withdraw consent at any time, provided the processing is based on consent for one or more specific purposes. Processing based on consent before its withdrawal remains lawful (Article 7, paragraph 3, of the GDPR).

RIGHT TO FILE A COMPLAINT
Data subjects who believe that the processing of their personal data through this site violates the provisions of the Regulation have the right to file a complaint with the Data Protection Authority, as per Article 77 of the Regulation, or to seek judicial remedy (Article 79 of the Regulation).
REFUSAL TO PROVIDE PERSONAL DATA
Data subjects cannot refuse to provide the Data Controller with personal data necessary to comply with laws regulating commercial transactions and taxation.
Therefore, refusal to provide the data necessary by law will prevent the fulfillment of orders. Other data listed under the section “Source of Data and Types of Data Collected” are provided voluntarily; however, if the data subject decides not to provide the requested data, "Nuovo Centro Casalinghi s.r.l." may not be able to provide services, complete transactions through the website, or process the order.
AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING PROCESSES
